Nicholas Bakhia – Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Nicholas manages the development and permitting of Polarnode’s data center projects. He specializes in greenfield site development and location scouting, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, authorities, and other stakeholders to advance projects through the permitting process.

Before joining Polarnode, Nicholas spent over three years at ABO Energy, where he led the local development of large-scale green hydrogen projects in Finland from greenfield site identification to permitting.

He began his career at ABO Energy in wind and Power-to-X project development, gaining broad experience in project and business development, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
