Elias Tolvanen

As a Project Manager, Elias manages the development of Polarnode’s data center projects. He specializes in project management and execution in the energy and infrastructure sector, ensuring that projects progress on schedule and in close coordination with technical teams, partners, and other stakeholders.

Before joining Polarnode, Elias worked as an Electrical Project Manager at Granlund, where he was responsible of the electrical design in data center projects. Prior to that, he worked as a Project Manager at Omexom, managing high-voltage substation EPC projects. He also spent nearly four years at Hitachi Energy as a Project Planner and Project Engineer. He began his career at Empower as a Site Engineer, working on wind farm and power distribution network projects in Sweden, gaining hands-on experience in energy infrastructure projects.

Elias holds a Master of Science in Technology (Smart Energy) from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Karelia University of Applied Sciences.
