As Program Director, Petri leads the technical development and grid connection processes of Polarnode’s data center project development portfolio. Petri brings deep expertise in these areas, with more than 13 years of previous experience in large-scale infrastructure project development and engineering management.
Before joining Polarnode, he led large-scale data center development projects and their associated grid connection processes at Fortum, one of the largest utilities in the Nordics, with previous engineering leadership and infrastructure procurement roles at Ilmatar Energy. His earlier roles also include project development and grid connection consultancy positions at Metsähallitus and Pöyry (AFRY).
Petri holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Aalto University.
