Paavo Puranen

As Construction Delivery Manager, Paavo oversees the on-site execution of Polarnode’s data center projects, ensuring they are completed in accordance with scope, quality, and schedule. With experience in data center construction dating back to 2019, Paavo brings deep expertise in delivering complex data center projects across the Nordics and Europe.

Before joining Polarnode, Paavo served as the Owner’s Representative Project Manager at Linesight on a greenfield hyperscale data center project in Finland. Prior to that, he delivered critical infrastructure systems for data center construction projects across Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK as a Project Manager for Thermo Systems. His earlier roles include construction management on a hyperscale data center campus in Hamina, Finland, working for the general contractor ISS Palvelut.

Paavo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences.
