Polarnode Keminmaa Oy has submitted the environmental impact assessment program (EIA program) for the Sarvenmaa data center project to the Finnish Supervisory Agency. The EIA program is now available for public review, and comments on it can be submitted until 14 September 2026.

A presentation of the project and the assessment program will be held on Thursday, 20 August 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM in the council chamber of the Keminmaa municipal office (Kunnantie 3, 94400 Keminmaa). Coffee will be served starting at 4:30 PM.
